What you should pay attention to when using hydraulic pumps ?

The hydraulic oil must be clean and without mixing mechanical impurities and corrosive substances. The hydraulic system without a filter device on the oil suction line, which must be refueled to the oil tank through an Oil Filtrate Machine (filtering accuracy less than 25 um); During the process of replacing the hydraulic pump, impurity particles must not be allowed into the inside of the hydraulic pump and the pipeline tank ; After replacing the hydraulic pump, check the position of the hydraulic tank before starting, and it not allowed to fall below the lower limit of the oil level.
